Harvested in the first weeks of October at peak ripeness, the oil opens with inviting aromas of fresh almond and jasmine — characteristic of Ogliarola at its finest. On the palate, it delivers refined balance: gentle bitterness, smooth pungency, and a clean finish that lingers gracefully.
