Full of flavor
"I grew up with olive oil as a dietary staple and daily commodity. Although plentiful today, it's still somewhat difficult to find affordable olive oil that is worth the expectations. I cook and use EVOO almost exclusively, and this one was a true find. I've so far used it on roasted vegetables and as a saute conduit and was absolutely delighted. You can taste it on the vegetables and you can pleasantly smell it as a saute base. Definitely my new go-to olive oil and can't wait to taste the Picua variety from Palacio Des Olivos!"
